Hello my darlings,
With it being April now, and only have 6 months until mine and Mr. B’s wedding, I’ve decided that I needed to really start challenging myself if I want to get into shape before the big day.
So I’m going to start doing a Weigh-in Wednesday challenge. For now I’ll keep it to just the month of April, but if it goes well, I might continue it for who knows how long. I’d love it if you my darlings would join in with me!
So here’s the challenge:
Every Wednesday Morning is weigh-in (unless you can only weigh-in at night, just keep consistent). Then we’ll reflect back on the loss (or gain). Then we’ll set three goals for the upcoming week.
So let’s get started! Who’s with me??
Current Weight: 252.0
- Go to the gym twice this week.
- Lose 2 lbs
- Eat heathlier
